It all began with two guys from Buffalo, Kevin & Paul who wanted to share the ultimate hot sauce with the rest of the world. After moving to Florida they realized there was no true hot sauce to be found. From humble beginnings they began to produce Bison Brand Hot Sauce-one bottle at a time.
